A. We DO NOT take reservations UNLESS you want lunch with your cruise. If you would like lunch please call 716-269-2355 -OR- 716-483-6336.

A. At the Bell Tower

Q. Where are you located in Mayville?
A. At the Lake Side Park (78 Water St for GPS & map systems)

Q.  Do you have restrooms on board?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes, Master Card & Visa ONLY

Q. Do you have a group rate?
A. Yes, for groups of 20 or more, please see rates page.

Q. Is the boat handicap accessible?
A. Yes.

Q. Can we bring our own food or drinks?
A. No

Q. Do you have food or drinks available for purchase?
A. Yes, chips, cookies, pretzels, large deli sandwiches, & many beverages.

Q. What time do we need to arrive?
A. Arrive 15 min before your scheduled departure.

Q. What are the age limits for the children's rate?
A. Two (2) and under are free, 3-12 is children's rate, 13+ is adult rate

Q. Do you have dinner cruises?
A. Yes, every Thursday night we have a dinner cruise.

Q. Do you need reservations for the specialty cruises (dinner, fireworks, etc.)?
A. Yes, please call 716-269-2355 to make a reservation, we will take a credit card

Q. Do you serve alcohol?
A. Yes, we have a full liquor license.
